Benjamin Turkson Jnr, is a visionary leader with the ability to lead cross functional teams to achieve business sustainability. He is a transformational leader and has specialised in turning around failing businesses. His in-depth knowledge in Information Technology drives him to provide cutting edge solution for organisations in area of Business Process Re-engineering.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Horizon Micro-Credit and the Executive Director of Blue Horizon Aid. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession with over twenty four (24) years working experience; he has extensive expertise in auditing, business consulting, risk management, general banking, financial management and investment.

His past working experience ranges from CRAN Microfinance Limited as the Chief Executive Officer and worked in various capacities with GE Money (UK), O2 Ltd (Leeds, UK,) TF Financial Services Limited, Mantrac Ghana Ltd, and a lecturer with the University of Cape Coast.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Leeds Metropolitan University Business School in the United Kingdom. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) from the University of Cape Coast. He is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He has built his capacity both locally and internationally.
He is the National Vice Chair of the Micro-credit Association of Ghana and sits on several other boards.

His devout love of the gospel and selflessness has also seen Benjamin making time from his otherwise busy schedule to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is an ordained pastor and currently the residence pastor of Springs of Life Chapel Int – Faith Temple in Accra and the branches in Lower Denkyira in the central region. His utmost passion is to win souls for Jesus Christ and bringing hope to the Hopeless especially to the less privileged in our society.
